Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Life You Build Journal

The Journal is a $19.99 digital download, plus applicable taxes. Because a delivered or accessed file can be permanently retained, sales are generally final after successful digital delivery or access. We may provide a refund for a duplicate or unauthorized charge, a material delivery failure we cannot cure, when we voluntarily approve one, or when applicable law requires one.

Before successful delivery or access, contact us about a genuine delivery problem. We will first make reasonable efforts to provide working access. This policy does not say refunds are unavailable in all circumstances and does not limit statutory rights.

The Village and VIP

The Village costs $99 per month plus applicable taxes. VIP costs $399 per month total plus applicable taxes and includes The Village. Each subscription renews automatically every month until canceled.

You may cancel through your account without a phone call. Cancellation prevents future renewal, and access ordinarily continues through the period already paid for. Fees already incurred are generally nonrefundable, except for duplicate, unauthorized, or erroneous charges, a refund we voluntarily approve, or where law requires otherwise. We do not ordinarily provide a retroactive prorated refund solely for unused time or subjective dissatisfaction, unless required by law.

Moving from The Village to VIP

VIP replaces the separate The Village subscription. Our system may cancel or supersede the $99 subscription and apply any relevant Stripe proration or credit. We do not intend to bill $99 and $399 simultaneously for the same active period. If VIP is canceled, its included The Village access continues only through the paid-through date; an eligible customer may then separately rejoin The Village.

Failed payments

A failed payment may interrupt or limit access in a manner consistent with the current billing status. We do not impose undisclosed fees.

Billing or refund help

Email support@lifethatisyours.com from, or include, the purchasing email address and explain the issue. Never send us a full card number, security code, password, or other sensitive payment credential. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and processor.

Chargebacks and legal rights

We encourage you to contact us so we can investigate and try to resolve a billing issue. Doing so is not a waiver of chargeback rights or any statutory consumer right, and nothing in this policy overrides rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
